Our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Dashboard Website supports chatting live with our AI agents, our AI models, and your own custom AI characters.

Your AI Characters includes:

  1. Profile picture/image/photo of the AI character.
  2. Name of the AI character.
  3. Tagline of the AI character.
  4. Description of the AI character.
  5. Additional data of the AI character.
  6. AI character voice.

Only people who have access to your device can view, update, and delete your AI characters.

Your AI characters are stored locally using your browser IndexedDB.

The contents of your AI characters (name, description, … see list above) are sent to our server every time you send a message or attachment to the AI. This is done to make sure our AI server understand your AI character name, description, and etc. The only exception is your AI character profile image and voice, this is not sent to our server.

We use third-party AI APIs to process your AI character contents. These third-party may or may not store your AI character contents in their server.

But, for us, our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Dashboard Website servers do not store your AI character contents permanently. We are only temporarily receiving them and send it to the third-party AI APIs, then receive back response that is then sent back to you. After that, your AI character contents are deleted from our server.

AI Character data described above are stored forever until it is required to be deleted.

Our AI Agents & AI Models are preset and is created by our developers. These are stored in our web servers. Any conversations done with these AI Agents & AI Models are still sent to our web server, the AI Conversation & AI Characters privacy policy applies the same to AI Agents & AI Models.

Your AI Conversations includes:

  1. Your custom name when chatting with the AI. Can be updated in the settings gear.
  2. Your profile picture/image/photo when chatting with the AI. Can be updated in the settings gear.
  3. The chosen AI character name.
  4. The chosen AI character profile image/picture/photo.
  5. Your messages.
  6. The AI messages.
  7. Your attachments (image, text, pdf, doc, …).
  8. The AI attachments (image).
  9. Last conversation message timestamp.

Only people who have access to your device can view, update, and delete your AI conversations.

The same as AI characters, it is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. Your AI conversations are also sent to third-party AI APIs from your device to our server, then to the third-party AI APIs, then back again to our server, then finally to your device.

AI Conversations data described above are stored forever until it is required to be deleted.

Our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Dashboard Website supports reporting AI messages when Inappropriate, Offensive, and etc. These reports are used to improve our AI and systems.

Your reports are stored in our web server database, depending on which branch you login to. If example you login to our Bandung branch, then it will be stored in our Bandung server database.

Your reports includes:

  1. User ID if you are logged in, if not then it will be an anonymous/guest report.
  2. What message you sent to the AI.
  3. What message the AI sent responding to your message.
